4. CReators of the Outside WorlD B.V. obtains personal data from yourself, for example the data that you provide through the website, e-mail, mail, phone and applications. In addition, we can obtain your personal data through third parties in the context of our products and services.

Legal obligations

In case of infringement of any law or regulation, of which a visitor is suspected and for which the authorities require the personal data collected by the controller they will be provided to them after an explicit and reasoned request of those authorities, after which these personal data do not fall anymore under the protection of the provisions of this Privacy policy.

Commercial offers

1. By leaving your contact details via our website, either by filling out a contact form or leaving your details to download a document, you confirm that this counts as a double opt-in, and you herewith grant the controller permission to send follow-up emails or contact you in another way.

Data retention

Cookies

CReators of the Outside WorlD B.V. uses session cookies on its website. These are functional cookies, intended to ensure that the website functions properly. The session cookies are deleted after you close your browser.

Session storage

Session storage provide a means to temporarily store data, similar to session cookies. We only use session storage to store information in your browser about the structure of the website. Session storage ensures that you can easily click or swipe through the list of topics on the website. No personal data is processed.

Website statistics

We use the statistics program Google Analytics to analyse which pages are most visited, how visitors came to our site and what search terms they used in our search engine.Like all websites, we collect the IP addresses of our visitors to do this. These are then stored in log files. The log files are kept for 5 days on the web server so they are available for Google Analytics. The log files are stored for 90 days for security reasons only and are also only viewed for security reasons.

Third-party content

These conditions are governed by Dutch law. The court in the district where the controller has its place of business has the sole jurisdiction if any dispute regarding these conditions may arise, save when a legal exception applies.
